AYSO Tournament

Dear Families,

I hope this email finds you well. On behalf of the entire team here at Elmhurst AYSO and ECSA, I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your invaluable contribution to making our first tournament a resounding success!

It was truly heartwarming to witness the enthusiasm and camaraderie displayed by everyone involved. From the dedication of our volunteer coaches to the unwavering support of the families, your collective efforts made the event a memorable experience for all. Seeing the smiles on the faces of the participants reaffirmed why we're so passionate about what we do.

As we reflect on the event, it's clear that we underestimated the number of participants and spectators who would be joining us. Your overwhelming turnout surpassed our expectations, and for that, we're incredibly grateful. Rest assured, we've taken note of the increased demand for resources, particularly the need for additional restroom facilities.

Moving forward, it's our responsibility to ensure that we're better equipped to accommodate everyone's needs. We've already begun the process of liaising with the park district to communicate our requirements, including the necessity for extra porta-potties. Your comfort and convenience are of utmost importance to us, and we're committed to making the necessary adjustments to enhance your experience at future events.

On a related note, I'm excited to announce that AYSO registration is open today, with ECSA Tryouts scheduled to commence next week. We encourage you to spread the word and invite friends and family to join our vibrant community. Together, we can continue to foster a love for the sport and create unforgettable memories both on and off the field.

Once again, thank you for your unwavering support and dedication. Your enthusiasm and passion are the driving force behind our success, and we're truly fortunate to have such an incredible group of individuals as part of our community.

VIP Program

The Mission of the AYSO VIP (Very Important Player) Program is to provide a quality soccer experience for individuals whose disabilities make it difficult for them to successfully participate on mainstream soccer teams. VIPs are paired with buddies on the field who help them to learn new skills, focus on the game and have fun. Accommodations are made to support all players on the field and can be a mixture of sensory supports, behavioral supports or adaptive equipment. VIP coaches and referees are flexible and positive.

Field Conditions

We don't want your fields looking like this!  Please be cautious, if the field is bad, do not play.
